In 1998 we opened our Seattle-based flagship bakery, The Australian Pie Company. Our passion for baking led us to create the perfect Aussie savory pie. Our Australian-owned company has since forged a strong reputation for creating the most authentic gourmet pies, pastry and cakes in the United States.
In 2006, we developed our Aussie Bakery brand, with the view of sharing quality pastry with people that truly love to bake.
